Web Services
Quote Web Service
Our SuiteApp sends pricing data directly to Lynx from the Quote record within NetSuite. There is a custom field on the Quote record called ‘Send to Haworth’ that allows the user to determine when the data should be sent. This flexibility allows each dealer to have their own unique business rules for sending data to Lynx. The ‘Send to Haworth’ field can be changed manually or automatically based on conditions.
Status Check Web Service
Our SuiteApp is designed to monitor the status of Quotes and Orders in Lynx via the Status Check Web Service. Once a response has been created in Lynx, the data will be electorincally imported into NetSuite and the appropriate user will be notified.
Order Web Service
Our SuiteApp will electronically create Orders in Lynx via the Order Web Service. When a Purchase Order with Haworth items is created in NetSuite, data will be sent to Lynx. Document Web Service
Our SuiteApp will retrieve Order Acknowledgements via the Document Web Service. The SuiteApp is monitoring for these Acknowledgments and will electronically create them in NetSuite within a matter of minutes once they are available. Acknowledgments can then be managed within NetSuite via a dashboard and other productivity tools.
